Return & Refund Policy

DOREMi Sound & Light Sdn Bhd ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.doremionline.com.my (the "website").

Important notice:  No Returnable for clearance item & promotions item.

 

SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY 

Please read and understand our returns & refund policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

Under the circumstances where an unforeseen problem arises and requires a refund or exchange, we promise to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. If you have received an order that is defective, please retain its original packaging, take some close-up photos of the issue, along with a photo of the entire product, and inform us within 3 days from date of received product.

If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for a return, please contact us at website@doremi.com.my. Return postage costs will be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Note:

    1. We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items.
    2. All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging and with a copy of the receipt.

 

SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE POLICY

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

On a case-by-case basis, we may favorably consider your request to exchange an item for a different size or item. This is solely upon the discretion of our store and is by no means an obligation on our part. If an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage will be charged to cover the postage. 

SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be effective and completed due to bank refund transaction times.          

Note: If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at website@doremi.com.my.

DOREMi reserves the right to accept or refuse any refund and exchange not meeting our eligibility guidelines.
