Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed to shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 2pm, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

    • Peninsula Malaysia: Additional 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
    • Sabah / Sarawak: Additional 3-7 working days for your order to arrive.

It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight of the Order received.

Shipment to Addresses

Currently, we will only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. Orders from any other addresses apart from the mentioned will be rejected. We are unable to ship to any International address.

Shipment Confirmation

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your carrier and a carrier tracking number. You can trace your order with The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Noted:   We would like to advise customer to take picture of the box before opening them so that they can make claims if there’s any problem

Changes of the Receiver Information

Respective customer is to notify us immediately of any changes to his/her receiver information. No changes will be made after product shipped out. Respective customer shall contact third party courier service for changes of receiver's information.

Multiple Address Delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.


    • We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to the customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
