Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO RETURNABLE FOR CLEARANCE / PROMOTIONS ITEMS.
Please read and understand our returns & refund policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.
Under the circumstances where an unforeseen problem arises and requires a refund or exchange, we promise to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers.

Note:
- We do not accept returns on sales and promotional items.
- All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and with a copy of the receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received an order that is defective, please retain its original packaging, take some close-up photos of the issue, along with a photo of the entire product, and inform us within 3 days from the date of the received product.
Refunds
Return postage costs will be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
