Please read and understand our returns & refund policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – no exceptions.
If an unforeseen problem arises that requires a refund or exchange, we promise to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers.

- We do not accept returns on sales and promotional items.
- All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and receipt.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, notify us within 3 days. Keep the original packaging and provide close-up photos of the issue and the full product.
Refunds
Return postage is borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Use a trackable service. Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, contact us.

Sila baca dan fahami polisi pemulangan & bayaran balik sebelum membuat sebarang pembelian. Semua barangan yang dijual tidak boleh ditukar atau dikembalikan kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya. Kami tidak menerima sebarang pertukaran atau pemulangan atas sebab tukar fikiran – tiada pengecualian.
Jika berlaku masalah yang tidak dijangka dan memerlukan pemulangan atau pertukaran, kami akan cuba sedaya upaya menyelesaikannya.

Kerosakan dan Isu
Sila periksa pesanan anda sebaik sahaja menerimanya. Jika barang rosak, cacat, atau tersalah hantar, maklumkan kepada kami dalam tempoh 3 hari. Simpan pembungkusan asal dan ambil gambar produk serta isu berkaitan.
Bayaran Balik
Kos penghantaran pemulangan ditanggung oleh pembeli dan tidak akan dikembalikan. Gunakan perkhidmatan penghantaran boleh dijejak. Setelah kami terima dan periksa barang, kami akan maklumkan status bayaran balik. Jika diluluskan, bayaran balik akan diproses dalam 10 hari bekerja. Jika melebihi 15 hari, sila hubungi kami.
