IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED FOR CLEARANCE AND PROMOTIONS ITEMS.
Warranty Coverage
- All new products sold are covered under manufacturer or distributor warranty, subject to brand-specific terms stated at the time of purchase.
- Warranty periods vary by product type:
- Musical Instruments with electronic parts (e.g., keyboards, digital pianos, electronic drums, guitar pre-amp): 6–12 months
- PA Systems, Speakers, Mixers, Amplifiers: 6–12 months
- Microphones (wired or wireless): 3–6 months
- Lighting Equipment & LED Display Controllers: 3–6 months
- Accessories & Parts (e.g., stands, bags, adapters): No warranty unless otherwise specified
What Is Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, drops, water exposure, or modification
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or improper voltage
- Speaker horn burn due to signal overload or improper connection
- Microphone damage due to internal corrosion, moisture, or misuse
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, faded paint, rust, or general wear & tear
- Consumable items such as strings, cables, batteries, bulbs, drumsticks, or fuses
- Products used for rental or commercial purposes without prior declaration
- Items with tampered or missing serial numbers or labels
- Third-party repairs or unauthorized service voids the warranty
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Submit proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Bring or courier the item to our warranty department (address below)
All claims will be subject to inspection and testing. The decision to repair or replace rests with the manufacturer or authorized distributor. Turnaround time may vary. Please ensure items are properly packed for shipping to prevent further damage.
